Review the terms for your selected investment plan

1. Investment Amount

The investment amount is ₹100000 (One Lakh Only).
Investments must be made through approved payment methods as communicated by Rekruters.

2. Earnings

Investors shall earn a fixed return of 25% – 30% per month on the invested amount.
Earnings will be credited daily to the Investor’s Rekruters Wallet account maintained within the Company's platform.

3. Daily Activity Engagement

Investors are required to participate in daily engagement activities consisting of answering five (5) simple questions.
Participation in daily activities is mandatory to maintain an active status with Rekruters.
Participation does not affect the daily income earnings.
Failure to participate in the scheduled daily activities shall result in the forfeiture of income for the respective day.
The Investor shall also be eligible for referral incentives as follows:
- 5% of the initial investment amount for the first successful referral;
- 2% of the initial investment amount for the second successful referral;
- 2% of the initial investment amount for the subsequent referrals.
Additionally, if the Investor’s referrals further refer additional investors ("Secondary Referrals"), the Investor shall receive 2% of the investment amount.

4. Withdrawal Terms

Investors are eligible to withdraw wallet funds on Friday.
Withdrawal requests must be submitted before 12:00 PM (IST) on Friday for processing on the same day within 24–48 hrs.
Withdrawals will be directly credited to the Investor’s registered bank account.
In the event of a public or banking holiday, withdrawal processing may be deferred to the next working day.
The Company is not responsible for any delay caused by banking institutions.

5. Important Guidelines

Daily earnings will commence from the next day after confirmation of the investment.
It is the sole responsibility of the Investor to ensure that accurate and up-to-date bank account details are provided to the Company.
Rekruters will not be liable for any loss resulting from incorrect or outdated bank information provided by the Investor.
In case the investment exceeds ₹1,00,000 (One Lakh Rupees), a formal agreement shall be executed between the parties on stamp paper; whereas for investments up to ₹1,00,000 (One Lakh Rupees), a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) shall be prepared.

6. Policy Terms and Modifications

Rekruters reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion.
Notice of any material changes will be communicated to Investors through official communication channels.
Continued investment after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

By proceeding with the investment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

१. निवेश राशि

निवेश राशि ₹100000 (एक लाख मात्र) है।
निवेश, रेक्रूटर्स द्वारा बताई गई अनुमोदित भुगतान विधियों के माध्यम से किया जाना चाहिए।

२. आय

निवेशकों को निवेशित राशि पर प्रति माह २५% - ३०% का निश्चित रिटर्न मिलेगा ।
आय को प्रतिदिन कंपनी के प्लेटफॉर्म पर बनाए गए निवेशक के रेक्रूटर्स वॉलेट खाते में जमा किया जाएगा ।

३. दैनिक गतिविधि में संलग्नता

निवेशकों को दैनिक सहभागिता गतिविधियों में भाग लेना आवश्यक है जिसमें पाँच (५) सरल प्रश्नों के उत्तर देना शामिल है।
रेक्रूटर्स के साथ सक्रिय स्थिति बनाए रखने के लिए दैनिक गतिविधियों में भागीदारी अनिवार्य है।
भागीदारी से दैनिक आय पर कोई प्रभाव नहीं पड़ता।
निर्धारित दैनिक गतिविधियों में भाग न लेने पर संबंधित दिन की आय जब्त कर ली जाएगी।
निवेशक निम्नलिखित रेफरल प्रोत्साहनों के लिए भी पात्र होगा:
- ५% पहले सफल रेफरल के लिए प्रारंभिक निवेश राशि का।
- २% दूसरे सफल रेफरल के लिए प्रारंभिक निवेश राशि का।
- २% आगामी रेफरल के लिए प्रारंभिक निवेश राशि का।
इसके अतिरिक्त, यदि निवेशक के रेफरल अतिरिक्त निवेशकों ("द्वितीयक रेफरल") को रेफर करते हैं, तो निवेशक को प्रत्येक ऐसे द्वितीयक रेफरल के लिए निवेश राशि का २% प्राप्त होगा।

४. वापसी की शर्त

निवेशक शुक्रवार को वॉलेट फंड निकालने के पात्र हैं।
निकासी अनुरोध शुक्रवार को अपराह्न १२:०० बजे (आईएसटी) से पहले प्रस्तुत किया जाना चाहिए ताकि उसी दिन २४-४८ घंटों के भीतर उसका निपटान किया जा सके।
निकासी की राशि सीधे निवेशक के पंजीकृत बैंक खाते में जमा कर दी जाएगी।
सार्वजनिक या बैंकिंग अवकाश की स्थिति में, निकासी प्रक्रिया अगले कार्य दिवस तक स्थगित की जा सकती है।
बैंकिंग संस्थाओं के कारण होने वाली किसी भी देरी के लिए कंपनी जिम्मेदार नहीं है।

५. महत्वपूर्ण दिशा निर्देश

निवेश की पुष्टि के बाद अगले दिन से दैनिक आय शुरू हो जाएगी।
यह सुनिश्चित करना निवेशक की एकमात्र जिम्मेदारी है कि कंपनी को सटीक और अद्यतन बैंक खाता विवरण प्रदान किया जाए।
निवेशक द्वारा प्रदान की गई गलत या पुरानी बैंक जानकारी के परिणामस्वरूप होने वाली किसी भी हानि के लिए रिक्रूटर्स उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा।
कंपनी आपके द्वारा निवेश की गई मूल राशि के लिए तब तक जिम्मेदार रहेगी जब तक आपको निवेश की गई मूल राशि के बराबर रिटर्न प्राप्त नहीं हो जाता।
₹1,00,000 (एक लाख रुपये) से अधिक निवेश की स्थिति में पक्षकारों के मध्य स्टाम्प पेपर पर विधिवत अनुबंध किया जाएगा, जबकि ₹1,00,000 (एक लाख रुपये) अथवा उससे कम निवेश की स्थिति में पारस्परिक समझौते (एमओयू) के रूप में दस्तावेज तैयार किया जाएगा।

६. पॉलिसी की शर्तें और संशोधन

रेक्रूटर्स अपने विवेकानुसार इन नियमों और शर्तों को संशोधित, परिवर्तित या अद्यतन करने का अधिकार सुरक्षित रखता है।
किसी भी भौतिक परिवर्तन की सूचना निवेशकों को आधिकारिक संचार चैनलों के माध्यम से दी जाएगी।
ऐसे किसी भी परिवर्तन के बाद निरंतर निवेश करना नई शर्तों की स्वीकृति माना जाएगा।
